Nexar Solutions is a web development and AI chatbot agency based in Boston, Massachusetts. We run nexartech.net and deliver managed website, AI chatbot, and digital growth services to businesses across North America and beyond.

2. What We Collect

We collect two types of information: what you give us directly, and what gets collected automatically when you use the site.

What you give us:

Name, email, phone number, and company name from our contact form
Project details, budget range, and timeline you share with us
Any other information you send us by email or phone

What gets collected automatically:

Browser type, device type, operating system
Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
IP address, used only for aggregate analytics
Cookie identifiers (see Section 7)

3. How We Use It

Respond to your inquiry and recommend the right package
Deliver services to active clients
Send operational updates related to your engagement with us
Understand which pages are useful and improve the site
Meet our legal obligations

We do not use your information for any automated decision that affects you without a person reviewing the outcome first.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share data only with:

Service providers that help us operate (email delivery, hosting, analytics tools). They are contractually required to protect your data and cannot use it for any purpose outside of what we need.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or a valid legal process.
A successor business if Nexar is merged, acquired, or sold. If that happens and your data moves to a different privacy policy, we will notify you.

5. How Long We Keep It

Contact and inquiry records are kept long enough to respond to you and, for clients, for the length of the engagement plus seven years for tax and business record purposes.

Analytics data is kept in aggregate, anonymized form only. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 8).

6. Security

Nexar maintains a Written Information Security Program consistent with Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00. We use encryption for data sent over public networks, limit access to personal data, and review our security practices on a regular basis.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) as required by M.G.L. Chapter 93H. If you are in the EU or EEA, we will also notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR Article 33.

7. Cookies

We use three categories of cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time on our Cookie Preferences page.

Functional: Required for the site to work. These handle form state, navigation, and session basics. They cannot be turned off.
Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). Used in aggregate only. No individual profiles are built. You can opt out.
Marketing: Used to measure the performance of any paid advertising we run. Only active if we are running ad campaigns. You can opt out.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings.

8. Your Rights

Massachusetts residents:

Under Massachusetts law (M.G.L. Chapter 93A and 201 CMR 17.00), you can request access to or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email support@nexartech.net and we will handle your request promptly.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR):

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR:

Access to your personal data
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Portability of your data in a usable format
The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

Our legal basis for processing contact form submissions is a pre-contractual relationship (we need the data to respond to your inquiry). To exercise any of these rights, email support@nexartech.net. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we find out we have, we delete it immediately.

10. AI Chatbots

Our site may feature AI chatbot demos. These are automated systems, not humans. Demo conversations may be logged for quality purposes. Chatbots we deploy for clients run under a separate data handling agreement with that client.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. For significant changes, we will give you additional notice when we can. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
